Ballito Services Park - North is ideally situated 3km from Ballito with direct road frontage 24/7 onto the busy N2 freeway. The site is also conveniently situated within 1km of the R102 which is undergoing an upgrade to provide a direct route to the new King Shaka airport in La Mercy.
The importance of this region as a commercial and industrial node is going to become even more significant over time, especially as the ports of Durban and Richard’s Bay expand.
